Deciding Competition Law Cases – Does One Size Fit All?

Adjudication of complex competition law cases presents unique challenges for litigants, agencies and courts alike. This panel considers whether there are standards of due process and best practices for fair and efficient adjudication of these matters that should apply in any forum, and considers whether alternative dispute resolution tools such as mediation and arbitration present viable avenues for managing these time- and resource-intensive cases.
