Class Actions & Price-Squeezes in the Mexican Competition Policy Regime

The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies (an association of US professionals based in Washington DC) is organizing the Conference «The Future of Business Law in Mexico» next Thursday (October 20, 2011) at The Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City. The conference will focus on two current «hot topics» in the Mexican competition policy arena:  the new challenges associated with the new Mexican legislation on class actions and the robustness of imposing antitrust liability from a price-squeeze framework of analysis. These and other important questions will be discussed by the experts attending this public policy debate. The keynote address will be given by the Honourable Douglas H. Ginsburg, from the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

The agenda for this conference can be consulted The Federalist Society (Oct 2011).
