On Thursday, April 7, an interesting Latin American Antitrust session will be held at Fordham Law School. A breakfast talk (8:30-10:00 AM) on Colombian Competition Law and its Enforcement will be delivered by Pablo Marquez, Head of the Competition Department of the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio – SIC (Colombian Competition Authority), and by the Ex-Director of the Brazilian Secretariat of Economic Law of the Ministry of Justice, Diego Faleck, who will speak on the latest developments of Brazilian competition regime.
